About The Position

Tender Mercy, Dayton's underground cocktail lounge and the home of elevated sushi restaurant Dozo, by The Idea Collective, is always looking to meet amazing hospitalitarians. Responsibilities

• Provide precise, knowledgeable, and principled service.
• Care about the people drinking the cocktails.
• Utilize tools, resources, instruments, and an insanely well-stocked bar.
• Be disciplined, a team player, and a quick learner.
• Share passion for the craft with guests, without pretension.
• Make people feel welcome and have a genuinely good time.
• Have a deep knowledge of cocktail offerings, spirits, beer, and wine list.
• Participate in routine training sessions and periodic testing of service and menu knowledge.
