Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a TEMPORARY Bartender. This is a temporary, part-time role focused on Halloween and New Year’s events at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. As a Bartender at MaryJane’s, you’re the architect of the moment — crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue
• Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen
• Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
• Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift
• Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
• Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing
