About The Position
Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a TEMPORARY Bartender at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. This role is for events like Halloween and New Year's. As a Bartender at MaryJane’s, you’re the architect of the moment — crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience. Behind the bar, you’ll mix precision with showmanship. You’ll own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.
Requirements
- 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue
- Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen
- Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
- Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift
- Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
- Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
- Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing
