About The Position

Suncrest Golf & Grille is seeking a motivated, friendly, and independent Clubhouse Bar server for the summer. This role involves serving drinks and food to patrons, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, monitoring inventory, preparing light bites, and processing payments while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The company is a customer-based hospitality and entertainment venue focused on providing the best customer service.

Requirements

• Skilled in communication
• Multitasking in providing excellent customer services in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays as needed
• Be 18 years of age
• Multitasker with good cash management skills
• General computer-based knowledge to process payments and other requirements
• Able to read, write and understand instructions
• Being solution focused, timely, and knowledgeable about golf when answering questions
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to work in a crowded, loud, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Past bartending experience a plus
