About The Position

Work 20-40 hours per week during the summer over a combination of afternoons/evenings and weekends. Extend your availability to work part-time up to 20 hours per week during May, September and October too and we’ll do our best to accommodate your desired work schedule as long as you have availability to work evenings and weekends. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests' preferences are met.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to provide recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety guidelines regarding food and alcohol service.
  • Keep the restaurant area clean and organized, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision and reconcile financials at the end of each shift.
