About The Position

This role is responsible for providing friendly, helpful, and courteous service to all guests. The bartender will manage cash in coin banks, prepare orders for cocktail staff and guests, maintain inventory of bar stock, and notify the barback when supplies are low. Additionally, the role involves preparing cut fruit and condiments, and performing other related duties as required. The work environment can involve occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and a smoking environment. Responsibilities

• Be friendly, helpful, and courteous when dealing with all guests.
• Be responsible for monies in the coin banks.
• Prepare orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests.
• Keep inventory of stock in their assigned bar.
• Notify the barback when supplies are low.
• Prepare cut fruit, condiments, etc.
• Perform related duties as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
