Previous Experience Behind the Bar – You’ve expertly crafted and served alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things (items up to 50 lb.)
Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, walking throughout your shift
Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities
Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment

Responsibilities

Greet Players with energy and personality
Create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with Players, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love
Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit and keep the good times flowing
Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll
Clean glassware
Ensure smooth operations throughout the day
Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch—ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way
Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant
