About The Position

Bartenders at Chili's serve food and drinks while creating a lively, hospitable atmosphere for Guests. The role focuses on providing excellent bar service, maintaining knowledge of food and beverages, and helping create a safe and welcoming environment. The position is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the role is filled.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
• Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and work areas clean.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
