About The Position

Bartenders at Chili’s serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through hospitality. They provide great service and help Guests feel special in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires meeting the minimum age requirement for bartenders in the local area and being able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Previous bartending experience is a plus.

Chili’s offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere and culture. The position is accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
