About The Position
Take orders and make the drinks for the patrons and servers. Ring in drinks properly, keep bar stocked and clean, and balance the drawer. This role requires a customer service focus, including checking on guests and not overserving intoxicated guests. The environment can involve loud noise, dust, and cigarette/cigar smoke.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience (at least one year)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Familiar with point of sale systems
- Calm demeanor
- Ability to recognize when a person has reached their limit
Nice To Haves
- Alcohol Serving card required in some jurisdictions
