About The Position

The Hall Monitor is responsible for ensuring a secure, safe, and efficient hatchery environment by overseeing facility access, employee movement, and compliance with strict biosecurity and safety protocols. This role is essential for preventing unauthorized entry, maintaining welfare standards, and protecting the integrity of our operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work in environmental conditions, including warm, dusty, cold, and moist environments
• Must be able to lift 40-80 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in related agricultural labor setting is a plus but not necessary
• Not too scared of Heights

Responsibilities

• Overseeing facility access
• Overseeing employee movement
• Ensuring compliance with strict biosecurity and safety protocols
• Preventing unauthorized entry
• Maintaining welfare standards
• Protecting the integrity of operations
• Check Record Temperature and Humididty Setter through the Hallway and Hatchers
• Change Filters on HVAC units in the halls
