Our locations span from Southern Orange County to Scottsdale, Arizona. We are seeking to add a Bartender to our dynamic team as we expand our concept.

Responsibilities

Acknowledgement of patrons in a timely manner.
Appropriately request and review guest identification to determine eligibility for alcohol service.
Must serve alcoholic beverages in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with state laws and regulations.
Provide knowledgeable and dynamic food and beverage service to all patrons.
Ability to multi-task and manage bar ticket times.
Must be able to consistently prepare drinks according to company recipe and standards.
Maintain organized guest checks and ensure accurate collection of payment.
Positive approach to all guest interactions and recovery efforts.
Continued development of menu knowledge and allergy accommodation procedures.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Demonstrate a commitment to the Company’s cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Side-work as assigned.
