Requirements

  • Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
  • Must be personable, friendly and welcoming
  • Knowledge of and ability to execute drink recipes
  • Must be able to create and serve drinks and food in a timely manner
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance and good personal hygiene standards
  • Subject to credit and background screening
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be personable and proactive in providing guests with the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, interacting with multiple departments
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English language
  • Must be able to communicate in a clear manner with guests and teammates
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrate skill in utilizing Point of Sales systems with Inventory Control
  • Must have or obtain and maintain ServSafe training certification
  • Must be able to walk/stand extensively, bend, kneel, climb stairs, balance, and maneuver throughout the various areas and surfaces of the venue
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or occasionally more with assistance
  • Work inside and outside the building is required and may have some exposure to adverse conditions
  • Must be able to hear and speak to use a two-way radio

  • Experience in bartending, concessions, or catering preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and take drink and food orders from guests
  • Fulfill orders accurately and in compliance with company standards, following recipes
  • Adhere to company, state, county, and city guidelines when serving alcoholic beverages
  • Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
  • Process payments for items served using Point of Sale System (POS) and balance all receipts
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
  • Maintains accurate accounting of inventory at assigned sales location
  • Ensure all transfers are fulfilled and without discrepancy or shortages
  • Responsible for the completion of setup, as well as prep, opening and closing duties as assigned by Director, Manager and/or Designee
  • Keep work area clean and organized, including storage carts and cages, coolers, and warehouse areas
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Understand and be capable of ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
