About The Position

We are seeking a BARTENDER to join our team! Our mission is to make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business. We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. The responsibility of a bartender is to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner, while establishing positive guest relations and maintaining a clean, orderly bar. The bar chef contributes to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales, adhering to all company recipes and ensuring correct payment for all beverages served.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner.
  • Establish positive guest relations and maintain a clean, orderly bar.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales.
  • Adhere to all company recipes.
  • Ensure correct payment for all beverages served.
  • Meet company quality standards in preparation and presentation of cocktails.
  • Achieve planned product costs by adhering to portion standards.
  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
  • Ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
  • Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
  • Exemplify hospitality standards.
  • Answer guest's questions about the restaurant.
  • Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
  • Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
  • Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
  • Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
  • Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
  • Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
