Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Professional appearance and attitude for daily interaction with residents, families, coworkers, and public.
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, push, pull and lift (up to 50 pounds +/-)
Responsibilities
- Provide bar and tableside service, including order taking, meal delivery, and check handling.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
- Assist with dietary requests.
- Maintain bar throughout meals and reset them afterward.
- Keep the work area clean per DHEC standards.
- Effectively operate the POS system.
- Remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
- Accept additional duties and cross-train as needed.
