About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team, working 10-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making and serving drinks, maintaining consistency, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Strong collaborative skills to simultaneously work with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Personable, friendly, and not afraid to smile.
Responsible, punctual, and organizational skills (e.g., ability to use email).
General beer, liquor, and wine knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Have attained a high school diploma or GED.
Prior bartending experience.
Substantive knowledge of drink-making and bartending techniques.

Responsibilities

Ability to make and serve all drinks and beers in a timely fashion per Post standards.
Maintaining drink pour consistency per Post standards.
Ability to effectively perform multiple bartending functions at the same time (e.g., greet guests, pour beers, take orders, etc.).
Ensure proper completion of all bar side work.
Maintaining bar cleanliness per Post standards.
Timely response to any and all inquiries.
Ability to upsell different menu items as per Post standards.
