About The Position
Village Anchor Pub & Roost is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender for their Louisville, KY location. This role requires extensive knowledge of wine and standard cocktails, with a strong ability to create craft cocktails. The ideal candidate will be flexible, capable of working the service well during peak times, serving tables within the bar area, and attending to bar top guests. This position demands an outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for making connections with guests and providing top-notch service at a premier destination. Daily cleaning is required for Food Safety. Working on weekends is a must.
