About The Position

CheBA Hut is seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting unique and refreshing thirst-quenching recipes for guests. The role requires a passion for mixology and strong knowledge of bar operations, with an expectation to provide excellent service and encourage a friendly community vibe. CheBA Hut is open until 2:00 AM from Tuesday-Saturday and until 12:00 AM on Sunday and Monday. Bartenders enjoy flexible schedules, full-time or part-time hours, bi-annual homie celebrations, community celebrations like 420 and back-to-school, quarterly free swag, and discounts through perks@werk. Requirements

Think "shop first" / customer first
Proven experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate integrity
Demonstrate self-direction
Demonstrate "heads-up". Keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings
Alcohol Service Safety certifications (ServeSafe, T.I.P.S)
Team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

Create unique and delicious cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for our guests
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create CheBA atmosphere
