This role adheres to all liquor regulations, sets up and stocks assigned bars, and ensures product quality through proper preparation and storage of garnishes and other perishables. The Bartender greets guests, takes orders, mixes drinks according to standard recipes, and practices portion control. They also check guest identification, manage guest inebriation, handle cash transactions, and secure all beverage products, equipment, and cash drops. Additionally, the role involves performing general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards, arranging the bar display, washing stemware, and undertaking other assigned duties.
