About The Position

As a bartender, you’ll do more than pour drinks — you’ll create welcoming experiences, build guest connections, and contribute to the warm, elevated atmosphere our guests return for time and time again.

Requirements

1+ year of professional bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage service standards
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm, organized, and guest-focused during busy service periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Ability to successfully complete a background check

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other specialty drinks according to recipe and service standards
Demonstrate strong beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wine pairings, beer, and specialty offerings
Understand daily specials, featured menus, and resort offerings to confidently guide guests
Practice responsible alcohol service, including recognizing signs of intoxication and following safe serving guidelines
Complete pre-shift preparation, including stocking garnishes, ice, mixers, syrups, and house-made infusions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and service areas throughout the shift
Professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, escalating issues when necessary
Support fellow team members to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Follow all safety, sanitation, workplace policies, and resort standards
