Howell's Kitchen & Bar is seeking experienced Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences. We're a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving shareable snacks, artisan pizzas and salads, and tavern classics. Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest engagement
- Learn menu offerings and confidently make recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Support servers and fellow bartenders during busy shifts
- Follow all responsible alcohol service standards
