About The Position

Montana Ale Works is seeking experienced bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and fun environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a genuine desire to engage with people, and an interest in learning about food, beer, wine, and spirits. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to being in Bozeman through September 2026.

Requirements

At least 3 years of bartending experience where bartending was the primary duty.
Ability to work well as a team.
Ability to follow instructions.
Self-motivated.
Organized.
Clean.
Able to lift heavy items on occasion.
At least 18 years of age.
Commitment to staying in Bozeman through September 2026.
