Requirements
- Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
- T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Successfully complete and pass an extensive Level 2 background screening, which covers U.S. Federal, State and City checks (submitting fingerprints), prior to the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
- Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
- Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
- Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
