About The Position

The VIG in Peoria is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a bartender 3-5 years
• Ability to keep track of guest orders
• Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• This position will require a Maricopa Count Food Handler Card
• This position will require an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
• Restock stations before/after service
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
