About The Position
This Bartender position at Niagara Casinos is a fixed-term contract role with an application deadline of April 30, 2026. Requirements
- Minimum 6 - 12 months bartending experience
- Bartending certificate from a specialized institution and/or equivalent experience
- Smart Serve certificate
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving guests’ beverages in accordance to established standards in a timely manner
- Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
- Working with a beer and liquor inventory management system
- Product knowledge, including prices
- Managing a float, preparing end of shift cash transactions and exchanging monetary funds
- Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked bar
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
