Requirements

Minimum 2 years of bar tending experience in an upscale dining, hotel, or private club environment.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.
TIPS or equivalent responsible beverage service certification (or willingness to obtain).
Exceptional guest relations skills — professional, personable, and member-focused.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests in the grill bar and dining room.
Engage with members in a warm, professional manner and learn their preferences over time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
Take food and beverage orders and coordinate with grill staff and servers for seamless service.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service.
Open and close the bar according to club standards, including cash handling and inventory logging.
