About The Position

The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is looking for their next Bartender! Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With seven distinct dining experiences including a top-level sky lounge, premium wellness offerings, and the largest ballroom in Indiana, this property is set to redefine the luxury hospitality experience in Indianapolis. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
• Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
• Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
