The Bartender prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. This role adheres to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, sets up assigned bars, and maintains stock of all necessary items. The Bartender greets guests, takes and processes drink orders, mixes and garnishes drinks, checks guest identification, and manages guest inebriation. Responsibilities also include handling cash transactions, securing the bar area, performing cleaning tasks, and maintaining an attractive bar display. This position is with Levy at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
