About The Position

The Bartender will exemplify MCR's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. They will practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. This role involves creating and serving a wide range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages with precision and artistry, utilizing extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and luxury ingredients to craft unique and visually appealing drinks. The Bartender will promote positive guest relations and consistently provide prompt service, engage in conversations, recommend drinks based on guest preferences, and deliver a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. They will also engage in suggestive selling techniques to promote premium and specialty beverages, maximizing revenue opportunities, and assist in training new bartenders, ensuring consistency in beverage preparation, service standards, and knowledge. Additionally, the role includes taking daily inventory, stocking supplies, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment, maintaining an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlets, and creating, maintaining, and facilitating a positive work environment, promoting positive team member relations and reporting issues to the appropriate personnel. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B Gaming License
• 1 (one) year of experience in bartending is required.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Service Permit Class 12.
• Must be 21 years or older.

• Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.
