About The Position

Rosedale is looking for a Bartender with over 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar. This role offers the opportunity to earn great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team. Rosedale, known as Over-the-Rhine’s backyard, features a patio with bocce ball courts, outdoor games, and firepits for cooler months. A rotating monthly menu offers a selection of beers, shots, and cocktails. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a hospitality mindset, brings their best, thrives in teamwork, and spreads positivity. The role involves enhancing neighborhoods by creating enjoyable guest experiences for people to gather, eat, and drink.

Requirements

• Craft cocktail experience is a must
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
• Great communication skills
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must be proficient with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
