About The Position

Nice Life is looking for a Bartender with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bar. The establishment celebrates the vibrant energy of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with live music, karaoke, DJs, and a colorful dance floor. Guests can enjoy signature cocktails, happy hour specials, and two bars, including a shot bar on the dance floor. The role requires a strong communicator with a hospitality mindset, who brings their best, thrives in teamwork, and spreads positivity. The ideal candidate will embrace and help carry out the company's passion to enhance neighborhoods by creating enjoyable guest experiences for people to gather, eat, and drink.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar
• Craft cocktail experience
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
• Great communication skills
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Proficient with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
• Sundays are a MUST
• Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
