About The Position
The Wicked Loon is an upscale waterfront restaurant on Lake Winnipesaukee known for fresh coastal food, handmade cocktails, and a guest experience that feels polished, lively, and genuinely fun. We're elevated, but never stuffy. Professional, but never robotic. We care about great drinks, great service, and creating the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to. We're looking for Bartenders who can bring confidence, personality, and real hospitality to the bar. People who know how to greet a guest right away, keep the bar moving, stay sharp when it gets busy, and make great drinks without losing the flow of service. If you know how to keep a bar smooth, polished, and full of energy, you'll fit right in.
Requirements
- Naturally engaging and guest-focused.
- Strong awareness behind the bar.
- Move with urgency without getting rattled.
- Take pride in drink quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Work well with a team.
- Willing to be coached and keep getting better.
- Understand that a great bartender helps shape the entire guest experience.
- Experience helps, but attitude, hospitality instincts, and bar presence matter just as much.

- Stay organized and composed during busy shifts.

- Work closely with the floor and kitchen to support service.
