About The Position

At Spy Ninjas HQ, we bring high-energy fun, themed adventures, and unforgettable experiences to our guests—and we need you to help make it happen! We’re looking for Bartenders who know how to mix a perfect drink, keep the vibe lively, and deliver next-level service in our one-of-a-kind, immersive environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid alcohol server certification (TAM card or equivalent)
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail prep
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Able to pass a background check
• Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

• Bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, fun bar atmosphere for guests
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision
• Make recommendations and answer questions about drinks and ingredients
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly
• Ensure all alcohol service follows state/local laws and company policies
• Work as part of a high-energy team during busy shifts and events
