About The Position

Columbine Country Club is seeking professional, service-driven Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, crafting quality beverages, and creating a welcoming, memorable experience for our members and guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in upholding the Club’s high standards and enhancing the overall member experience.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred (private club or upscale environment a plus)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
• The ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Process transactions accurately using the Club’s POS system
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and Club policies
