About The Position
The Adolphus, a hotel with over a century of Dallas hospitality, is seeking a craftsman who appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual should be knowledgeable in mixology, capable of preparing both classic and creative drinks, and dedicated to enhancing customer retention and loyalty through exceptional service and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender is required
- An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required
- A proactive and thoughtful nature
- Professional demeanor and thoughtful nature
Responsibilities
- Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
- Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
- Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
- Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
- Responsible alcohol service is of top priority
