About The Position
City Hall Bistro provides a bright and sophisticated all-day dining experience in the heart of The Adolphus. Effortless, warm service and innovative food. Seeking the silent hero: the individual who understands that behind every glass of cabernet or craft cocktail is the attention to detail that makes an experience truly memorable. Spotless glasses, fresh ingredients, and bottles at the ready don't happen by accident. A bar back efficiently stocks, cleans, and organizes the bar while communicating and working seamlessly with the bartenders.
Requirements
- A proactive and detailed demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Monitor critical items: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness.
- Anticipate and stock items during the shift before running out.
- Understand bar equipment and troubleshoot problems during the shift (e.g., low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys).
- Maintain bar cleanliness, including the bar top, bar back area, waste bins, and floors.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality.
