About The Position

Talde Noodle Bar at LaGuardia Airport Terminal B is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and have a passion for food and beverage service. The company, 40NORTH Restaurants, is the full-service division of Villa Restaurant Group, a family-owned, multi-brand global restaurant company.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance.
Food Handler and alcohol certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Deliver exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, beer, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails.
Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
