Requirements

Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve beverages and meals to patrons in accordance with state and federal age regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
Coordinate lounge and bar activities to ensure smooth operations
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Monitor and manage alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking
Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards and regulations
