About The Position

The 360 Grille at the Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa seeks an enthusiastic and energetic Bartender to join their dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable service to guests by assisting the front-of-house team and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. You will be part of an energetic team focused on providing every guest with an unforgettable experience, all while staying agile, efficient, and focused in a bustling, high-energy environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Must be able to maintain bar area cleanliness, stock, and organization.
• Must ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication.
• Must collaborate with kitchen and wait staff.
• Must address customer complaints professionally.
• Must adhere to health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipes and guests’ preferences.
• Maintain the bar area, keeping it clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.
