Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional food quality across all outlets.
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, taste, and portioning while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Partner with Food & Beverage leaders and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences for dining events, banquets, and daily service.
Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal features, daily specials, and innovative menu offerings.
