Bartenders are responsible for fulfilling all of the beverage service orders as well as serving as a Shift Supervisor. Beverage service orders include sodas, espresso beverages, pouring all beer and wine, and crafting all cocktails. They also tend to any guests sitting at the bar or that walk up to get a drink while waiting for a table. Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the restaurant and handling cash drawers. Supervisors are also responsible for bank deposits, paperwork, and FOH checkouts.
