About The Position
To provide courteous and appropriate service to our members and their guests and to be aware of proper beverage costs and control. To provide members and their guests with proper beverage service To provide proper service to staff who are serving members and their guests Keep a clean and workable bar at all times Make sure bar and/or bars are kept to standard To follow house rules on proper use of glassware and machinery behind bar Adhere to pouring guidelines Assist with monthly inventory Ability to wait tables and/or act as cocktail server when necessary a plus Able to lift up to 25 lbs required Assist wait staff/servers whenever necessary Keeping work area clean Assisting with any setup duties prior to shifts Adhere to all service standards Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or country clubs) Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned Neat appearance, courteous manner and good interpersonal skills Punctuality and a good attendance record are expected Apply on our website at: http://www.quailridgecc.com/ https://quailridgecc.applicantpro.com/jobs/ Drug Free Workplace
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's bartender experience
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs required
- Neat appearance, courteous manner and good interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and a good attendance record are expected
