About The Position

Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking bartenders to work the Pool, Patio and Casual Dining areas of the club. This position is responsible for providing service to club members and their guests as well as the set-up and break down of bar areas. The club is a beautiful, 105-acre property featuring an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting and The Reef youth lounge. The club values continuing education, cross-training and promoting from within. Cross-training may be available to become a server, bartender, fitness attendant, tennis attendant, babysitter, camp counselor, cook, housekeeper and more.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2 years prior bartending and serving experience required
• Knowledgeable in spirits, craft beers and have a creative approach to cocktail making
• Able to follow recipes of existing cocktail list
• Passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, great communication skills and attention to detail
• Understand the importance of teamwork and must be able to work well with others
• Must have a strong sense of urgency, be able to multitask and have the ability to prioritize
• Professional appearance (no facial piercings please)
• Must enjoy working at a country club atmosphere
• Candidates offered the position will be subject to a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Providing service to club members and their guests

• Maintain, restock and rotate all bar products
