About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Age 21 or older.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of mixology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Preparing and serving drinks per guest specifications, Gunstock's standards and state guidelines for responsible alcoholic beverage service.
• Cash handling.
• Inventory counts.
• Stocking.
• Cleaning and organizing.
• Fulfilling beverage orders for fellow servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Being attentive to guest needs at all times.
• Creating and maintaining a welcome, comfortable and relaxed environment in which every guest feels important and well-attended to.
