About The Position

The Bartender at Cafe Alice prepares and serves beverages while delivering memorable, warm hospitality to guests. The role includes mixing drinks to recipe standards, maintaining bar supplies and inventory, processing payments, monitoring beverage quality, addressing guest concerns—including situations involving intoxicated guests—and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. The position emphasizes Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make guests’ experiences special.
Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
Address guest concerns professionally and handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect to maintain a safe environment.
Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to support the well-being of guests and team members.
