About The Position

Bartenders at Chili’s serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere and providing hospitality to Guests. They provide an enjoyable bar experience, stay visible and available to assist Guests and Team Members, maintain current knowledge of food and beverages, serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, and keep glasses, bar equipment, and work areas clean. • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.

• Be a team player.
