About The Position
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. Prepare drinks, serve guests efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized bar.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years bartending experience (luxury or high-volume preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- TABC & Food Handler's certifications required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Accurately enter orders and process payments in the POS system
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all cash handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Comply with all TABC and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with barbacks and service team to support smooth operations
