About The Position

The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality and Dining, is seeking an observant and efficient Bartender who can work with other members of our team to ensure quality and prompt customer service. This is a Part-Time position and requires availability on weekends. The Bartender assists in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar is well stocked with all necessities. The Bartender should be knowledgeable about menu items and focused on providing excellent service to our guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma and or equivalent
• Must be available weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required

Responsibilities

• Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests
• Assess bar guest preferences and make recommendations
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory
• Comply with all food and beverage and alcohol regulations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled, and draft beer
• Process guest bills or payments and balance cash receipts
• Communicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Assist in cleaning the bar
• Prepare garnishes
• Ensure the bar is well stocked with all necessities
