About The Position
Pitfire Pizza is hiring a positive and savvy Bartender for its Echo Park location. The company operates wood-fired pizza restaurants serving thoughtful, seasonal, chef-driven food, alongside a curated craft beer and cocktail program and a small wine list. The ideal candidate works cleanly and stays organized while serving creative cocktails with a smile. The role calls for strong hospitality, a commitment to great guest service, basic knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and technique, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule is flexible and may include nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Great hospitality; comparable experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and cocktail technique.
