The Bartender prepares beverages for all guests and servers in a quick, courteous, and efficient manner. This role reports directly to the General Manager. The position requires basic reading, writing, and math skills, along with specialized knowledge of bartending and mixing drinks. Certification as required by state or local laws is necessary, and candidates must meet legal age requirements. Extensive knowledge of mixology, cash handling procedures, and ABC regulations for state and local offices are required. A strong customer service aptitude and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Physical requirements include standing, carrying 30-75 lbs, walking, lifting, reaching overhead, pushing, bending, and the ability to climb a ladder.
